We’re here to help you be a success. When you register with APlus, it’s like having a career manager. We help keep you on track as you move towards becoming fully qualified in your chosen profession.

We make sure you’re in the right place.

It’s important you’re in an industry that suits you. APlus has a huge amount of knowledge of all the industry requirements. We make sure you’re able to start your new career on the right foot and we’ll be there as a mentor throughout your apprenticeship or traineeship.

We look after your training.

Training is the most important element of becoming fully qualified and APlus will be there to arrange and monitor your training, including your on-the-job training.

We look after your safety.

We make sure your new workplace is spot on when it comes to meeting health and safety regulations and is a safe environment for you to work in. We supply all your protective clothing and equipment. We also have a role in any counselling and care if that’s required.

And we provide a wide range of support

We provide support for all trainees and apprentices by way of our mentoring program which fits in with a regular cycle of visiting in both the workplace and the training provider. We are there to assist and guide through not only the apprenticeship and traineeship but where necessary provide support and assistance in other areas of your life to allow you to successfully complete your work and training commitments and gain your qualification.
