Who takes care of the training?

You provide the supervised, on-the-job training and APlus monitors the apprentice’s TAFE (or other provider) training to ensure it is ongoing until they achieve their qualification.

How does APlus provide mentoring?

APlus manages the ongoing performance of your apprentice with regular on-the-job mentoring and we give you access to a dedicated Employment Co-ordinator for the term of the placement.

How long will the apprentice/trainee be placed in my business?

The length of the apprentice placement can be flexible to suit your needs. The apprentice receives ongoing support with placement and training until they qualify.

How will you know the right apprentice/trainee to place in my business?

We have many years of experience in recruitment and through a combination of our networks and advertising, we will find the right person for the job. Of course, the final decision is yours. APlus can even structure a new apprenticeship to match the skill requirements of your industry or business
