Senior Management Team
Janette Etherington, Chief Executive Officer
Janette was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2005 after more than 24 years working in various management and senior management positions in the commercial business world. Before joining APlus, Janette was the National Operations Manager at Collins Booksellers. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Ian Harrop, Operations Manager
Ian joined APlus in November 2007 having spent nine years in the sector with another Group Training Company managing both the Group Training operations and the Registered Training organisation components of the business. Ian worked for many years in Victorian branches of the Commonwealth Employment Service where he developed his commitment to providing employment opportunities for the young and disadvantaged.
Unity Puglisi, Finance Manager
Unity holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting from Swinburne University and joined APlus in November 2008 following two years at another not-for-profit organisation, Anglicare.
